Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, cost analysis, and operational performance for a manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with operations to drive profitability and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and inventory
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance insights
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Support pricing, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and assist with audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong cost accounting and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel; ERP system experience required
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
