As the Maintenance Supervisor, you?ll manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team, plan and execute all maintenance activities, and keep production running at peak efficiency while championing safe work practices. You?ll own preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and coordinate rebuilds or replacements to minimize downtime. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on solving technical challenges, developing talent, and driving reliable, high-performing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise maintenance associates and ensure compliance with company safety regulations, minimizing personal injury risks, environmental impact, and asset damage.
Select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline staff.
Evaluate the functionality and reliability of facility systems and equipment. Improve system performance by studying results and identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
Minimum Education and Experience Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
