The Judge Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Rock Hill, SC area.
Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance plant performance related to safety, quality, throughput, and cost control
- Collect and interpret production data through hands-on observation, testing, and experimentation
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions
- Evaluate current manufacturing workflows and recommend efficiency gains using continuous improvement methods
- Partner with multiple departments to support operational, financial, and engineering initiatives
- Support special projects and assist with additional operational needs as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Wood Products, Forestry, or a related discipline
- Entry-level to 4 years of relevant manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in common computer applications
- Effective communicator able to work across all organizational levels
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, continuous manufacturing environment with flexible scheduling
- Familiarity with lean tools, process controls, and continuous improvement concepts is a plus
