The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Columbia, SC area.
Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Columbia, SC
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities
- Support production through equipment troubleshooting and process improvements.
- Lead machine upgrades, installations, and reliability projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and cost performance.
- Work with maintenance, operations, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain engineering documents, PM programs, and standard procedures.
- Use production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of manufacturing or maintenance engineering experience.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, servos, and automated equipment.
- Proficient with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
- Strong communication, project management, and Microsoft Office skills
